  • What's Up Wellness offers mindfulness tools to support your life. Mindfulness comes in many forms: movement, breathing, visualizing, writing, self-expression, awareness of ourselves in relation to others... just to name a few. Find the “Mind Your Mind” video library HERE.

  • NEO offers a fun, safe and supervised place for youth and young adults, ages 11-25, to spend their time after school, build friendships, learn new skills and discover their passions. Several hundred youth participate in NEO every year. NEO provides leadership opportunities, summer programs, music events and in-school activities. Learn more HERE.

The Rainbow Social at NEO provides a safe place for LGBTQ+ youth to get to know others and learn about the LGBTQ+ community. Designed for youth ages 16-25 (but open to younger!), topics range from the differences between sex and gender, to the coming out process and safe relationships.
