Support Groups Through What’s Up Wellness

  • Our current groups are at NU and Silver Springs High Schools. They include Music/Drumming, Mindfulness, and Poetry for Self Expression.

  • Get in touch with us HERE to request a group at your school!

  • Our groups are fun, safe spaces to express yourself, connect with others, and expand your resources! No paperwork to sign, no requirements, no judgement :)

Why Are Support Groups Important?

Support groups are a place where youth can connect over similar life experiences. They give young people the chance to have fun together, go deep, and help them feel less alone. Our group facilitators also give youth the opportunity to gain practice with positive tools to manage life's challenges.

No Local Groups? Try Virtual!

Virtual Support Groups can help youth find connections with people who have similar life experiences, who live in a broader area. Some people prefer online groups out of a desire for more anonymity, scheduling flexibility, transportation concerns, or the option to meet while comfortable at home.
